Recently, from 2003 to mid 2006, DynaMexico operated a Pilot Production at SJG, and produced 18,000 Oz. Gold from the San Pablo area of SJG, at an average grade of 20 g/t; with production costs of $ 175 / Oz. Since September 1, 2006, the Date of the Earn In / Option Agreement with Goldgroup Resources Inc., Vancouver, BC, and which agreement provides for $ 18 M. in Exploration Funding to be contributed to DynaMexico to March 15, 2011; over 40,000 meters drilling has been completed at SJG. SJG is currently approaching 1 M Oz. Inferred Resources (43-101), with Bonanza Grades confirmed throughout the Project Area, with a balance of Capital to be contributed pursuant to the Earn In of $ 8 M. USD. DynaResource, Inc. is a Junior Resource Company whose Majority owned (75 %) Subsidiary in Mexico, “DynaResource de Mexico, S.A. de C.V.”, (“DynaMexico”) owns 100% of the mineral concessions and related interest to the San Jose de Gracia District (“SJG”) covering approximately 99,500 hectares in Northern Sinaloa Mexico. SJG reports + 1,000,000 Oz. Gold produced in the early 1900’s from a series of underground workings. 471,000 Oz. is reported produced from the La Purisima Area of SJG, at an average grade of 66.7 g/t; and 215,000 Oz. is reported produced from the La Prieta Area of SJG at an average grade of 27.6 g/t. Mineralization at SJG has been traced over a 15 sq. km. area.
